Had a blast capturing photos (while singing along) at the Western Sydney Malayalee Association Ecumenical Christmas Carol Competition, held at the Redgum Function Centre.
It was a fun night, with awesome performances from different Christian Malayalee groups from all around Sydney. Here are some of the photos from the night.

Everyone was welcomed by Joseph Kalarickal.
Fr. Mathews began the night with the opening prayer.
Divya Binoy introduced the judges.
Dr. Smitha Balu, Dr. Murali Venkataraman, Mr. Ramesh Vijay
First up, the carolers from the Syro-Malankara Catholic Community, Sydney. :)
Followed by a solo performance by Aleena.
The second team to participate were from the St. Mary's Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church, Sydney
Fr. Joby spoke about the message of Christmas, and it's significance to us.
Third team to perform were from the Bethel Marthoma Church, Sydney.
This was followed by a solo performance by Joju.
The fourth team to participate were from the St. Mary's Indian Orthodox Church, Sydney
This was followed by a solo performance by Vimal.
To change things up on the night of songs, there was an awesome group dance performance.:)
The fifth team to perform were from the St. Thomas Syro-Malabar Catholic Community, Campbeltown. Such a cute performance! :)
Loveena re-told us the story of Christmas. A wonderful job done by a 7 year old! :)
And the final participants were from the St. Alphonsa Syro-Malabar Catholic Community, Wenthworthville.
The night ended off with a hilarious mimicry performance by Bipin Devasia, supported by James Chacko.
The judges announced their verdict!
Second prize went to: St. Alphonsa Syro-Malabar Catholic Community Team!
First prize went to: Bethel Marthoma Church Team :)
